First Strike Meters Warranty
First Strike Meters warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of manufacture unless otherwise specified. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, obligations, or liabilities expressed or implied by the company.
Any properly used product that proves defective in normal use will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company, provided it is returned to First Strike Meters.
Warranty is void if the product has been altered, opened, misused, or abused. First Strike Meters is not responsible for alterations, acts of God, shipping and handling or other factors not in the control of First Strike Meters.
Use of battery and/or power supply other then those provided by the manufacture voids any and all warranty.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the unit at First Strike Meters option and in no case shall First Strike Meters liability exceed the purchase price.

If you feel there is a problem with your meter, request a RA Number and send it in for us to inspect and repair if needed.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the meter owner.
